Kia Sorrento Vs Hyundai Santa Fe

I am looking to get a mid sized SUV and my short list has narrowed to a choice between 2007-2009 Hyundai Santa Fe or Kia Sprrento. Most of my useage will be autoroute or city but want a 4WD capability for occasional but regular skiing trips and minor beach work.

From what I can gather the Santa Fe appears to be favourite but would appreciate any feed back.
