Default took our 2004 kia optima into mechanic to repair engine because timing...

...belts broke. told us would rebuild eng? told us guarantee work. had our car for six weeks. wouldnt return phone calls. kept making excuses. finally told us car was done and to come and get it. drove it for two weeks and started missing. took it back and was told got wet and would dry out. found three bolts that were not put back in engine. car quit running and had to have it towed. was told by car parts place was fuel pump. wasnt. then was told throttle sensor. wasnt. lost job due to no transportation. mechanic said saturday would have car towed to shop on monday july 18, 2011. didnt. was told would get it today tuesday july 19. still havent heard from him. am disabled and need my car for doctor appts. and to get my medicines. discouraged and frustrated. out of money. do we have any recourse in this matter and can we sue the mechanic shop. Please help.car has been driven two weeks out of three months

sorry but ur screwed,,,sue him,,if you had serviced car as required and had mechanic do regular ,,ahh never mind
